I wish to find a one bedroon or studio pet friendly (Japanese Chin, small dog) in Paris center. Spent three months on Ile St Louis this past winter. Just waiting to get a visa and travel arrangement, and, oh yes, an apartment.
Any advice appreciated, and thank you.

Joannemarie, Fear Not! I travelled to France last year – my first trip overseas alone. I speak no French and know no-one in France and had the best time ever! The best thing I have ever done for myself. I am now planning my next trip for early 2013. Be brave and you will never regret it!

I love reading about your travels and life in France. Please know that reading about you is one of my little pleasures and it does make me feel so good. Merci. I want so much to travel to Paris and its environs but I am so afraid to try and undertake this trip alone because I don’t really want to sight-see! I’ve been to Paris once before (in my youth). Please keep the e-mails coming and let us know if you plan on leading any group excursions. (I know groups can be a “pain” but hopefully you might consider.) Joannemarie
